We live in a 2 bed flat, entry system so no having to answer the door if you dont want to! This flat is lovely, is 5 mins from Hampton Court, 15 if you walk it. The river is just a short walk away. Two tescos are just up the road, Tesco express and a larger Tesco. We live on the first floor of a building, no noisy neighbours. There is a dentist, chemist, papershop, londis, chip shop, indian takeaway, laundrette. Oh and a bookies if you like a bet. Post box is right outside and there is a Barclays bank next door, hairdresser also there too. So technically you dont need to leave the street! Doctors is a 5 min drive. The little village has lots of nice shops, there are lovely pubs and nice restaurants to eat in. Flat was refitted out with all new stuff so its only 6 months old. Wooden floors in living room, kitchen is in living room, we chose this flat because of its open plan and we think its socialable. Kitchen is brand new, dishwasher, microwave, granite surfaces. Bathroom is all in white, shower, bath, all new, heated flooring for your tootsies.Rooms arnt massive, you can fit in a double bed and a wardrobe and bed cabinets, still move around the room. If you have lots of stuff then we store all our excess stuff in the loft, its really huge with stairs attatched to it. You could change the loft into a room if the person wants to. We have central heating. The flat is really warm. No parking permits needed and there are loads of spaces to park. No parking restrictions either. Kingston takes 10 mins on the bus, Hampton Court to Waterloo station 30 mins. Driving to the airport, Heathrow, takes around 20mins. Traffic depending. Walton, Chertsey and Weybridge not too far. All can be accessable by bus. A3 is around 10 mins drive. We are both really relaxed and easy to get on with, we do like a laugh and we joke around alot, we want someone to call this home. We do like to watch football and we do like our wine, so if you detest football or dont drink alot or not at all, this wont be your choice of place to live. We want someone who will contribute to living in this flat, not someone who will sit in their room. We respect personal privacy and respect people want to spend time alone. We have no preference to male or female housemates. Just someone who has a sense of humour and is partial to having fun. We are tidy but not anal. Honestly this flat wont resemble any cess pits you have previously viewed or have been told about, this is truly what is specified in this add, we dont want to waste your time and for you to waste ours. The deposit will be around 6 weeks and a month up front to cover the guy moving out. He wants to live alone, he spends alot of time in his room, which we dont want.
