Wanted - Property to rent long-term without deposit requirement.

Professional gentleman, in good stable job, requires Flat/Apartment/House with 1 bedroom (prefer two or more) before 1st June. (If 1 bedroom, needs to be a spacious place) with lots of storage. I don't have a deposit but can pay rent in advance and provide references if required.
