Im 5 months pregnant, 18 and living in a damp, cold and noisy flat and im very tidy. Im a non smoker, have no pets and do not require any parking spaces. I work full time in Pete's Eats in Llanberis where i would like to find a house. The house does not need to be furnished as i have a little bit of my own furnitute, if it was furnished would be a great help. So if anyone can help me get out of my fulling down flat i would appreciate it. Any where around Llanberis or Nant Peris will do. Accommodation sort in Surrey suitable for single male + dog.

I am looking for a 2 bedroom minimum cottage or house in a village or rural location. Please note the accommodation must have a garden and parking. I have a dog, which is extremely well behaved and very house trained. I am looking for somewhere in Surrey, preferably around the Dorking area. I am aware that some landlords do not accept pets, but I am willing to pay 6 months rent and deposit in advance. The accommodation needs to be unfurnished.
