Family urgently requiring a nice house to make a home.

Hi. Ideally we are looking for a house with at least 3 bedrooms, double glazing, gas central heating, an enclosed garden, a garage or shed for storage, parking and a bath.
We would prefer somewhere quiet and within walking distance to truro town centre if possible and if the house has some character, all the better. My family consists of my wife, 4 year old son and twin girls aged 2. Due to our landlord needing his property back we need a suitable property by the end of March 2010.
